We manage the entire process: from property transfer and full-scale renovation to stylish furnishing and preparing the home for the rental market. Our ultimate goal is to offer unique, high-quality rental properties we are proud of — while ensuring our investors benefit from strong, reliable returns.
Our added value in the process comes from three key areas.
Firstly, our experience in executing major renovations. As part of our fully integrated model, our team redesigns each property to align with current tenant expectations. This typically includes the creation of new bathrooms, reconfiguring the kitchen layout, potentially adding extra bedrooms, and redesigning the outdoor space.
Secondly, our core strength lies in managing and executing the renovation work itself. Renovations are highly demanding, but thanks to our extensive experience in the field—over 10 years, including three full renovations in Thailand—we are able to manage projects efficiently and complete them within a reasonable timeframe (typically between 6 and 12 months).
Finally, our third source of added value lies in interior design and furnishing. We aim to combine local aesthetics with high European standards, while also incorporating second-hand furniture wherever possible.
Our Goal
