HAVEN'S HOUSE: Evolution of the Project 

HAVEN'S HOUSE is a complete renovation project located in Chaweng (Koh Samui – Thailand). We started the project in early 2025 and completed it by July. The renovation included major structural work, plumbing, flooring, and ceilings, as well as the creation of a laundry room and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a third bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor. Finally, we renovated the small front garden and the terrace in front of the house. We also completely furnished the house using mainly second-hand furniture bought in Bangkok.  

Below, we present 5 videos filmed at different stages of the renovation process. Video 1.1 shows the beginning of the renovation work. In this video, I present the project and explain our objective.
In Video 1.2, I show you the house (almost) finished. Video 1.3 focuses on how we created the small garden in front of the house. Video 1.4 presents the house after the furniture was added. 

VILA PARADISE: Evolution of the Project

VILLA PARADISE is a full renovation project located in Banrak (Koh Samui, Thailand). The project began in October 2024 and was completed by July 2025. Renovation work included major structural improvements both inside and outside the house, along with upgrades to plumbing, electrical systems (upgrade to threephase), flooring, and ceilings. A third room was added on the first floor, and a new bathroom was created on the ground floor. In addition, we built a 4x7-meter swimming pool, designed a new terrace of over 30 square meters, and completely landscaped the garden. We also fully furnished the house and installed a series of LED lights to give it a unique character. Below, we present 5 videos filmed at different stages of the renovation process. 

Video 4.1 shows the condition of the property before the renovation began. Video 4.2 presents a before-and-after comparison of the interior renovation. Video 4.3 documents the garden landscaping process. Video 4.4 features the first test of the pool. Finally, Video 4.5 showcases VILLA PARADISE fully completed.

CORNERSTONE: Evolution of the Project

CORNERSTONE is a full renovation project located in Chaweng (Koh Samui, Thailand). We began the project in April 2025 and aim to complete it before the end of the year. This is a comprehensive renovation where everything is being redone from the ground up. The work includes the construction of new ceilings throughout the house, major structural changes inside, as well as new plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, and ceilings. A laundry room and a bathroom have been added on the ground floor, along with a third bedroom, a third bathroom, and a balcony on the first floor. We also added a balcony to the main bedroom.

Finally, we renovated the garden and built a new terrace at the front of the house. The property will be fully furnished, mainly using second-hand furniture sourced in Bangkok.

Video 2.1 introduces the CORNERSTONE project, a full renovation in Koh Samui, Thailand, which began in spring 2025. Video 2.2 shows CORNERSTONE after Phase 1, including demolition and structural work. Video 2.3 presents the progress of the site as of June 25, at the beginning of summer 2025.
