We offer a unique opportunity for European investors: to gain exposure to the Koh Samui real estate market.
Our distinctive model involves acquiring an existing property, renovating it to high standards, and renting it out over a 10-year period.
In the standard package, the client enjoys 15 days of personal use per year, while we manage the rental for the remaining time — targeting a annual return of 8%.
We take care of the entire process: from sourcing and proposing investment properties, to managing renovations — including furnishing — and renting the property out for 10 years.
At the end of the 10-year cycle, the client can choose to reinvest for another term, sell the property and realize the capital gain, or buy it back for personal use.
Property Renovation
Our team brings over 10 years of experience in real estate renovation, with more than 15 successful projects — including three on Koh Samui.
Renovating real estate is a challenge anywhere in the world. This is precisely where our added value lies. Complexity is higher but the potential for value creation is significantly greater.
We are referring to a full-scale renovation that includes major structural work to rethink the layout of the house. This is followed by a complete overhaul of the electrical system, upgrades to the plumbing and sanitary installations, and the installation or renovation of the air conditioning system. Next comes the work on walls, floors, and carpentry (doors and windows), before moving on to the kitchen and finishing touches such as painting and lighting. The renovation phases are illustrated in the figure below.
For larger projects that include a garden, we also aim to redesign the exterior and, whenever possible, install a private swimming pool.
